Yellow straw color and intense with its wide and complex scent, full of notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices. With the sinuous nose of dates and dried figs is a beautiful expression of late harvest not opulent but drinkable.
Ideal for terrines, on biscotti, delicate and tart. Serve at a temperature of 12/14° C in a dessert wine glass.
